Single Frame from an In n Out concert – Glasses – on Kodak TMAX 3200

I don’t shoot 3200 ISO Film very often, I’m not for sure if I have even shot Kodak TMAX 3200 before. When I do it’s usually when I know there is going to be little to no light available.

At this event I had already shot my other film options that I brought with me and so I popped in this roll of Kodak TMAX P3200 and I think it’s becoming my favorite over Ilford 3200.

I shot this on my Canon A2E with my nifty-fifty Canon 50mm f/1.8.

It’s for sure one of my favorite shots on this roll. I have recently started scanning my images using a plate of glass and I can see this has caused Newtin rings in some parts of it.

They don’t bother me very much for sharing online, but I will need to paint them out if I every plan on printing this image.

  1. Such a neat image—love how the light reflects off the lenses of the glasses!

Thanks! yeah this roll of 3200 has for sure been added to my list to buy again. Nothing but good grain.

      • Awesome! I’ve got a roll of this in my film stash—something to look forward to shooting.

Yeah I used to only shoot 3200 when I knew I’d be shooting at night, but I love the contrast it gives shooting it in daylight.
